Will my jewelry arrive gift wrapped?
Yes, all our jewelry are nicely boxed and wrapped.
Do you provide gift receipts?
Unless is requested. When you are done with your items in the cart, send us a note or email us at sales@rafrossigoldplated.com to add the gift receipt on to your order.
All orders with the 'this is a gift' selected will be sent with a gift receipt. If the recipient would like to exchange the gift, we will issue a credit for the amount, as long as the item is not final sale.
When will my jewelry ship?
Your retail purchased jewelry will ship in the order it was received, typically within 2-3 days. If the item is in back order or shipping will take longer than estimated, we usually put a ** Note with the shipping and delivery time. You will receive an email once your jewelry ships. Please be advised that during sale events shipping times may be longer.
When will my order arrive?
Please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and contact the shipping provider for further assistance.
Am I eligible for a return?
All full price jewelry is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase less the cost of shipping. This policy excludes final sale jewelry. Please reference the back of the invoice included in your package for details on how to proceed with a return or exchange. All jewelry must be returned in its original package and tags, worn or broken will not be exchange or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Sure we do! Our international shipping is based on the provided shipping address. Please note, all international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with RAF ROSSI GOLD PLATED and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Lost or missing packages while in transit is not our responsibility, on pieces or order from more than US$100.00 we always suggest to get insurance.
How do I return or exchange jewelry I purchased at one of the stands that sell Raf Rossi Gold Plated ?
All jewelry must be returned to the store where it was purchased. Only jewelry purchased through the website will be handled directly by the warehouse.
